Note: Please review course curriculum and prerequisites before registering for any course. Registration must be received at least ten(10) business days prior to the course start date. Seats in any course are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. GENBAND's receipt of the Course Registration from does not constitute a reservation. For individual registrations, an enrollment confirmation email will be sent within two weeks of registering for the course.

The CBT is intended as an overview to the C3/8000 product line, architecture, features, capabilities and physical equipment for the C3/8000 in both Class 4 and Class 5 offices. After completion of the CBT, a final test is presented. The user must achieve an 85% score or better to achieve a passing grade and credit for completing this course. The user must have a passing grade to enroll in any other C3/8000 courses.  GB715 Operations, Administration and Maintenance   Course Date: 08-04-2008 Available Seats: 8 Course Cost: $3000 Full Description The 5-day GB715 Course is geared toward Service Personnel, Administrators and Maintenance personnel who require an understanding of the C3/8000 system. The student is equipped with an understanding of hardware, Operating System as well as software and database for the DSS system. Students are required to apply skills and knowledge acquired in the course to complete an extensive and comprehensive set of hands on activities. Students are required to apply skills and knowledge acquired in the course to complete an extensive and comprehensive set of hands on activities. GB715 Operations, Administration and Maintenance   Course Date: 12-08-2008 Available Seats: 8 Course Cost: $3000 Full Description The 5-day GB715 Course is geared toward Service Personnel, Administrators and Maintenance personnel who require an understanding of the C3/8000 system. The student is equipped with an understanding of hardware, Operating System as well as software and database for the DSS system. Students are required to apply skills and knowledge acquired in the course to complete an extensive and comprehensive set of hands on activities. GB730 Translations, Configuration and Provisioning   Course Date: 10-07-2008 Available Seats: 8 Course Cost: $4800 Full Description The 8-day GB730 course provides instructions and hands-on exercises that challenge students with translations experience to input, verify and troubleshoot a variety of Class 4 and 5 translations configurations for the DSS. The student is equipped with an understanding of Configuration database, Line Translation, Trunk Routing and Trunk Translations, SS7 Groups as well as AIN setup. Students are required to apply skills and knowledge acquired in the course to complete a very extensive and comprehensive set of hands on activities. M610 Overview CBT (CD)   Course Date: NA Available Seats: NA Course Cost: $295 Full Description This Computer-Based Training (CBT) is required as a pre-requisite to all M6 training courses. The CBT is intended as an overview to the M6 product line, architecture, terminology and administration of the systems. Course length is approximately 2 to 3 hours divided into 3 lessons. Each lesson has a quiz to determine the users' retention of the information. After completion of the CBT, a final test is presented. The user must achieve an 85% score or better to achieve a passing grade and credit for completing this course. The user must have a passing grade to enroll in any other M6 courses. This grade must be emailed or faxed to GENBAND training to receive course credit. M620 System Administration   Course Date: 08-18-2008 Available Seats: 5 Course Cost: $3000 Full Description The 5-day M620 Service Administrator Course is geared toward Service Personnel, Administrators and anyone whose position requires an understanding of the M6 Service Administrator GUI Application. This application is used to make database service changes on the M6 system. Students in this class learn to configure the database and maneuver through the Service Administrator interface as well as make routine service changes. The main focus of this course is to edatabase. M620 System Administration   Course Date: 09-29-2008 Available Seats: 6 Course Cost: $3000 Full Description The 5-day M620 Service Administrator Course is geared toward Service Personnel, Administrators and anyone whose position requires an understanding of the M6 Service Administrator GUI Application. This application is used to make database service changes on the M6 system. Students in this class learn to configure the database and maneuver through the Service Administrator interface as well as make routine service changes. The main focus of this course is to ensure students walk away understanding the full scope of creating a customer's database. M620 System Administration   Course Date: 10-27-2008 Available Seats: 10 Course Cost: $3000 Full Description The 5-day M620 Service Administrator Course is geared toward Service Personnel, Administrators and anyone whose position requires an understanding of the M6 Service Administrator GUI Application. This application is used to make database service changes on the M6 system. Students in this class learn to configure the database and maneuver through the Service Administrator interface as well as make routine service changes. The main focus of this course is to ensure students walk away understanding the full scope of creating a customer's database. M640 Advanced Troubleshooting   Course Date: 09-08-2008 Available Seats: 10 Course Cost: $3000 Full Description The 5-day M640 Advanced Troubleshooting course is geared toward Senior Support Engineering personnel that will be responsible for escalated troubleshooting activities for the M6 systems. This course will cover the various protocols supported in the M6 system including SCCP, MGCP, SIP, RTP, TCP/IP, UDP, RTP, and SDCP.  M640 Advanced Troubleshooting   Course Date: 11-17-2008 Available Seats: 8 Course Cost: $3000 Full Description The 5-day M640 Advanced Troubleshooting course is geared toward Senior Support Engineering personnel that will be responsible for escalated troubleshooting activities for the M6 systems. Course Cancellation Policy
By Customer: Registrations must be cancelled up to 10 calendar days before the course start date for a full tuition refund. To avoid cancellation charges: cancel the course within the autorized timeframe; enroll a replacement person; or choose a different start date for the same course. Tuition will be charged based on the original enrollment date. If non of the above cacellation options are chosen, the full tuition will be charged.
By GENBAND: Courses must be rescheduled, cancelled or changed due to changes in the course length. If, three weeks before the course date, the minimum number of attendees has not registered, GENBAND reserves the right to cancel the course due to low enrollment. GENBAND will make every effort to contact the students affected by schedule changes.
