G2 Compact Media Gateway
The G2 Compact Media Gateway is a small form factor, environmentally hardened media gateway designed for both the central office and outside plant cabinets. The G2 platform simultaneously supports multiple service architectures, including softswitch-enabling legacy access terminals and Class 5 line bays and IP to PSTN connectivity. Built for today’s network, legacy or IP, as well as future IMS network deployments, the G2 Compact Media Gateway is a truly reusable media gateway asset for the circuit to packet migration process.
